Park home insurance is very much like a homeowner?s insurance but involves an unusual sort of home. A park home refers to a trailer which is permanently based in a trailer park. One could say they are trailer homes except they are not hitched to any form of a tow. A park home could also be a manufactured home which is built in a warehouse and transported to a site where it is permanently sealed.
